Dr. Allan Klapper

Dr. Allan Klapper serves as President of Allegheny Health Network’s Wexford Hospital, a 160-bed full-service, greenfield hospital under construction in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Klapper led the Women and Children’s Institute for Allegheny Health Network, expanding services to include more than 100 physicians in over 45 practice locations and 4 L&D units throughout Western Pennsylvania. Dr. Klapper received his medical degree and training from Mount Sinai Medical Center and New York University Medical Center in New York.

He is a recognized leader in the field of Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, pelvic pain, Interstitial Cystitis, minimally invasive gynecology, and pelvic support disorders. He has held leadership positions in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been active in women’s health research for over 20 years. Since joining Allegheny Health Network, he has helped to develop multi-disciplinary approaches to some of the most important and complex issues facing women’s health, has helped to develop a women’s health collaborative with John’s Hopkins Medicine, and has helped to expand the scope of general and sub-specialty women’s health services throughout the communities of Western PA.


Russell James Shorkey

Russell James Shorkey is 3rd Generation Owner/Partner of Jim Shorkey Auto Group.

Russell James worked full-time during college in various departments within the dealership. He graduated in 2010 from Duquesne University. He became an Owner/Partner/Operator in 2012 when 2nd Generation/Father stepped away from the company to pass on operations to the 3rd generation. He helped guide the company, along with four other partners/family members from 1 dealership and 50 employees in 2010, to 9 dealerships and 600 employees in 2019.

Currently, in his role as CFO, Russell James is involved with every aspect of the business, including overseeing company IT, Software Development, and oversees the centralized Accounting office.

He has coordinated and managed the development of the accounting and support structure for the dealership. He continues to lead and drive on becoming more efficient and effective in building systems scalable for the dealerships to continue to support the dealership's rapid growth.

Jim Shorkey Family Auto Group has been a family-run business since 1974. In those years, we have grown from a tiny 3-car showroom to become one of the most recognized automotive names in Western Pennsylvania. With this growth, we have never lost touch of the family values, which made our success possible: Honesty. Responsibility. Humility.


Chris Campbell

Chris Campbell is President of CE Power Engineered Services, LLC. , a Qualus Power Services Company. CE Power is the leading national independent provider of outsourced electrical engineering and services for high, medium, and low voltage power assets.

Chris joined CE Power in October 2017 as EVP of Sales and Marketing, where he focused on organic sales growth along with the integration of (5) acquisitions that occurred over a two-year timeframe. In September of 2018, CE Power merged with Power Grid Engineering and formed Qualus Power Services. CE Power and Power Grid Engineering are wholly owned subsidiaries of Qualus Power Services. As President of CE Power Engineered Services, Chris is responsible for setting and driving the overall strategic direction of CEPES.

Chris’ undergraduate work is a BS degree in Engineering Science from Penn State University, and he holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Chris is a Registered Professional Engineer in WV, NC, PA, MI, NY, and a member of IEEE.

Chris lives in Canonsburg, PA, with his wife Gina and three children – Hailey, Connor, and Ava. Chris is active in the community and helps support United Way, American Red Cross, and the Greater Washington County food bank. When not working or spending time with his family, Chris enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.


SEAN DEYOUNG

Sean DeYoung, LSCW, serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Allies for Health + Wellbeing formerly Pittsburgh AIDS Task Force, southwestern Pennsylvania’s oldest and largest HIV/AIDS service organization. Allies provides vital social services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS including medical case management, behavioral health, housing assistance, legal assistance, and emergency financial assistance.

Allies also provides outreach, prevention and testing services to prevent and eliminate the spread of HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted illnesses.  Additionally, Allies health clinic provides HIV-specialty care, primary health care, women’s health care, and a specialty pharmacy program.

Sean’s current role at Allies is a continuation of his lifelong commitment to helping provide necessary human services to those in need.  Prior to joining Allies, Sean was the Director of Program Quality and Compliance for Familylinks, a human-service provider assisting more than 8,000 individuals in western Pennsylvania each year.  Sean was also previously the Pennsylvania State Director for The Bair Foundation, a nonprofit child placing agency, and the Director of Clinical Operations at The Bradley Center, a behavioral health care and a child welfare provider.  Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Francis University and a Master of Social Work degree from Florida International University.

In addition to his work at Allies, Sean currently serves on the board of directors for Prevention Point Pittsburgh, the AIDS Free Pittsburgh Advisory Board, the Hep C Free Allegheny Advisory Board, the board of the Ryan White Clinics for 340B Access, and the Advisory Team for the Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership.  He is also a Team Leader and Peer Reviewer for the Council on Accreditation.

During that time Mr. Chesebrough has served in all areas of the industry from operations to sales and marketing, along with many years of single and multi-unit management experience with iconic brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Wyndham, Best Western, Hyatt and Choice Hotels.

Throughout his career he has achieved strong bottom line profits, unprecedented guest satisfaction and strong associate satisfaction results. Dr. Kennedy is an advocate for, and support of, the PA HealthChoices program by serving as the leader of the Beacon Health Options PA team, ensuring our members are receiving excellent behavioral health care with quick access to high quality care that is both effective and efficient.

She has over 30 years of experience in providing leadership in publicly funded behavioral health services developing policy and programs, leading large Medicaid programs, and providing direct clinical care. Her expertise is in designing and implementing publicly funded behavioral health programs, extensive knowledge of the state and federal laws governing public healthcare regarding behavioral health.

She has experience in leading significant change within a State’s mental health and addiction programs funding practices to aligning the Medicaid benefit to cover services within the for Medicaid members. In addition, she has extensive research on and the study of effective integration of behavioral and physical health care to meet the needs of individuals with Serious Mental Illness in Medicaid programs.

Greg was raised in the Methodist Church in Madison, NJ.  Greg graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1980 with BA in Sociology.  He began his working career in Newark, NJ as a bank Management Trainee since that seemed a more practical career path.  In 1983 he became a Branch Manager and Loan Officer with a bank in Pottstown, PA.

Greg had always attended church but never really knew what it was all about.  In 1984 he went through a conversion experience through which he came to believe that the bible was actually true and by which he came to know the person of Christ.  A banker at the time, he then was called to attend seminary.  He graduated from Reformed Episcopal Seminary in 1991 with a Master of Divinity degree.  Entering parish ministry in 1991, Greg served in Drums, PA as rector for 5 years and then in Basking Ridge, NJ for 20 years, where he also became the Dean of NJ. 

Called to be the National Director of Church Army USA he left parish ministry and moved with his wife Lori to Aliquippa, PA in 2017.  Greg and Lori have 3 married daughters and 4 grandchildren in whom they delight.

Tony is the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors at Virtual MGR. He is responsible for overseeing all global operations and brings over twenty years of leadership experience to the team. Tony has held positions with Virtual MGR as CEO, North America and Executive General Manager, US. Tony brings knowledge and passion for evolving markets by commercializing products, services, and ideas that create value for his clients. He enjoys inspiring others by leading with a positive entrepreneurial spirit, designing strategies to open and develop new markets, building teams for scale, and creating cultures to grow successful businesses. He believes that talented people grow companies, and companies are just along for the ride.

Tony has extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, durable medical equipment, UVC hospital disinfection, and cloud-based technology solutions. He has owned and operated multimillion-dollar start-up businesses within these industries and continues to bring that start-up work ethic and determination to Virtual MGR.

Tony graduated from St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania with a BS in Business Management. He currently resides in Trafford, Pennsylvania with his wife, Viviana, and his son, Anthony. His hobbies include golfing, watching his beloved Pittsburgh sports teams (Go Steelers!), traveling, and, most importantly, enjoying time with his family.
